Cancellation, Change and Penalty Policy
1. Cancellations
  • The reservation fee of 30% in advance is non-refundable.
  • No shows: If the client does not show up for the tasting, there will be no refund or credit for future reservations.
2. Date and Time Changes
  • Changes more than 48 hours in advance: Changes to the date and time of the tasting are permitted without penalty if made more than 72 hours in advance. They are subject to availability.
  • Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice: Changes made less than 48 hours prior to the tasting will be subject to a 10% administrative charge of the amount paid, and will be subject to availability.
3. Penalties and Restrictions
  • Non-refundable payments: All payments made for reservation confirmations are considered non-refundable in case of changes or cancellations outside the allowed deadlines.
  • Group reservations: For group reservations (7 or more people), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation and change policies apply to the entire group.
  • Changes in the number of attendees: Changes in the number of attendees may be made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the tasting, subject to capacity and availability. Reductions in the number of attendees with less than 48 hours notice will not be refundable.
  • Exceptional cases: In cases of force majeure (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of both parties), rescheduling of the tasting will be offered without penalty.
4. Procedure for Cancellations and Changes
  • Contact: To request a change or cancellation, please email our customer service team at booking@casamargot.com.ar with your reservation number and details of the request.
  • Confirmation: All cancellations and changes must be confirmed by our team via email. Until you receive this confirmation, the request will not be considered processed.
5. Rights of the Establishment

We reserve the right to modify or cancel scheduled experiences at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
